The Switch 2 will.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The console boasts modest hardware improvements, including a brighter screen, marginally faster load times, and a new \u201csleepier gray\u201d color option. The Joy-Con controllers have been redesigned to be \u201ceven less ergonomic\u201d in what Nintendo calls a \u201creturn to form.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the company, the Switch 2 supports all original Switch games, except when docked, connected to Wi-Fi, or played outside Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cIt\u2019s not just about specs,\u201d said Furukawa, gently cradling the Wii U 2. \u201cIt\u2019s about how the console makes you feel. Lost. Curious. Slightly betrayed.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The launch lineup includes a robust selection of titles, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Mario Party: Warranty Void Edition<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>The Legend of Zelda: Recycle the Wild<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Splatoon 4: Still Ink?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A new online service, <strong>NintendoNet Ultra<\/strong>, was also unveiled. For $14.99\/month, players can access online multiplayer, cloud saves, and a vintage 2006 chatroom simulator powered by Miiverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Critics have so far offered lukewarm praise.
