Beverages may be brought in from home as well, for a small \u201cuncorking contribution,\u201d which management describes as \u201ca celebration of personal choice.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests say the experience is liberating. \u201cAt most restaurants, you don\u2019t know what\u2019s going to arrive at your table,\u201d explained regular customer Emma Lee, unpacking her day-old spaghetti. \u201cHere, I never have to worry.
